The Compass Room is the voting hub of the Pirate Syndicate—a place where ideas turn into action. Here, NFT holders decide what projects Treasure Island’s funds will support, shaping the club’s growth and ensuring every pirate has a say in the journey ahead.

How It Works

1. Submitting Ideas Any NFT holder can propose an idea, which will first be reviewed by the MPC core team. If multiple pirates suggest similar ideas, they’ll be grouped and refined into a single proposal.

2. Two Types of Projects Once an idea reaches the Compass Room, it will fall into one of two categories:

• Raw Ideas (Cool name TBD): These are early-stage concepts submitted by the community.

  • Raw ideas are voted on with simple thumbs-up, thumbs-down, or neutral options.

  • To move forward, an idea needs:

    • 30% thumbs-up approval.

    • Less than 10% thumbs-down rejection.

• Evaluated Projects (Cool name TBD): If a raw idea passes the vote, the MPC core team will conduct thorough research, estimating costs, timelines, and overall feasibility.

  • Evaluated projects return to the Compass Room for a final vote.

  • To pass, projects require:

    • 80% community participation.

    • 60% approval from those who voted.

Final votes are decisive—once the community approves a project, the team begins turning it into reality.
