The First hostel

We will start working on it once the Modern Pirates Club collection has sold out. The launch of this hostel will be done maximum within one year and a half of the sale of the collection.

Location is not set yet, but it will probably be in Europe because of the safety of the countries with enforceable laws, high ease of doing business and earn in euros. Also because our advisors and lawyers are here and can council us best. The countries we are evaluating first are Portugal, Spain, Greece or Italy (because they are beautiful and have many great locations on the coast).

We have two scouts already looking for possible locations. Once the collection sell out, our commodore will join the hunt (and club pirates are welcome to do so too!). We are looking for a few different options: A plot to build a new building from scratch (for example with good sea views); An existing building to be refurbished, a hostel or hotel to take over, or buy a building to convert into a hostel.

Once we have found a good location we will start making the hostel come alive. The first hostel will host from 40-80 guests. More information coming soon.
